- EngineeringAshley Machine & Tool Company begins its tooling and operation planning by carefully studying customer blueprints, 3-D models, and specifications for parts and assemblies. Engineering expertise and experience at Ashley allows the transformation of raw material into finished products quickly and efficiently.
- Production ControlAshley Machine uses an enterprise resource planning system developed by Aptean called Made2Manage. Upon receipt, customer orders are reviewed, and a production/delivery schedule is initiated. A bar-coded production control system is utilized for real-time production analysis. All customer-unique production/delivery status systems are accommodated by Ashley (i.e., online update systems). The production system is versatile and reactive to customer schedule changes.
- MachiningAshley Machine & Tool Company is a full-service industrial machining company capable of handling even the most intricate machining needs precisely and efficiently. Our machining team is dedicated to completing every project on time and within budget while maintaining the highest levels of quality and professionalism.
